All items from The Berndt Edge, LLC are custom-made to order.
Standard Turnaround Time:
Orders are typically completed within 5-10 business days from design approval. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Rush Orders:
Rush service may be available for an additional fee and must be selected at checkout. Rush orders are not guaranteed unless confirmed.
Shipping times vary by carrier and are separate from production time.
CUSTOM & PROOFING POLICY
All custom orders include one design proof for approval prior to engraving.
One revision is included
Additional revisions are available for a fee
Once a design is approved, the order is considered final
Please review spelling, layout, and details carefully before approving your proof.
The Berndt Edge is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the personalized nature of custom engraving, all sales are final once production has begun.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is an error on our part. If an issue occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
GENERAL TERMS
Payment is required in full before production begins.
Prices reflect materials, customization, and craftsmanship.
The Berndt Edge reserves the right to decline requests outside our current offerings.
